The manner of behaviour displayed by management was simply imbeciliac and utterly unprofessional. We successfully proved inside the restaurant that we had our phone records and we recounted the facts. Three professional people had turned up at the time allocated by management, we live in this region 20years, at no stage at all did we receive an apology or any incentive to return, there was zero discretion displayed by management offering us a free starter or glass or wine if we could return on another date. We were forced to stand our ground and display our phone records of November 14th and display the 3 min phone call, at this point Nicolas manager began to realise he was caught in a very narrow set of circumstances and began to shift blame onto another manager. Management stated there was no record of our reservation and we surely were mistaken. Management stated it was impossible to have a reservation for 14:00 as the last table was at 13:45.
